A New Wrinkle at Justice

See this post by Josh Marshall on another facet of the Bush administration's shenanigans at Justice, and the strategy behind it. Of course, in retrospect, it's fairly obvious that the core of Rove's strategy all along has been controlling elections. You have to hand it to the guy -- he's smart. I wish he were honest.
