Just check Talking Points Memoon this one. It's Marshall's story, and he's doing better than anyone else on it.

And he's had no reservations about calling it what it is: the worst perversion of our justice system ever. The Military Tribunals Act is more blatant, but the mess at DoJ has a much farther reach. I don't think it's structural yet, but it's close.
