New Year's Day

I like to take a long walk on New Year's, since I seldom go out New Year's Eve any more and it's very quiet out early in the morning, but I'm still not well enough to be out walking. The Zoo and Conservatory ar closed today, otehrwise I might go down there. They have places you can sit, at least, where it's warm.

I could go to a movie, or maybe just spend the morning browsing through The Panda's Thumb or Talk Origins.

I've got to get out today, though -- I did all the resting I could handle yesterday.
