She makes some compelling arguments and points out some disturbing facts (especially disturbing to the anti-health care libertarians and money uber alles Republicans, since they have no counterarguments except that it's "socialized medicine," which isn't an argument, it's a scare tactic from the 1930s -- you know, the Reagan era).
